SMS Text Alerts Starting October 1, 2026

Service updates, straight to your phone.

Starting October 1, Maple Broadband is adding text message service updates, sent through our operating partner, Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom (WCVT).

If we don't currently have a cell number on file for your account, you can sign up to receive these texts if you're already a SmartHub. user. You can add your cell number yourself: log in, go to My Profile > Update My Billing Address & Contact Information, and enter it under Mobile Phone. We'll only text if there's something to report about your service, and your number is used for service updates only, never marketing
