Pay Online—Simple, Easy, and Automated

Getting started is straightforward. Check your email for the SmartHub registration link we sent during your setup, or you can register directly at wcvt.smarthub.coop, hosted by our operating partner, Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom. Once you're logged in, you'll find your account number right on your billing statement—or give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

The best part? You can set up automatic payments so your bill gets handled without you having to think about it. Many of our neighbors love this option because it's one less thing on their monthly to-do list.

Pay by Phone—We're Here to Help

Sometimes you just want to talk to a real person, and we get that. Call us at (844) 530-0483—we're available 24/7. If it's your first time calling, we'll help you set up a PIN for future access. Once you're all set, you can pay with a credit card, check your account, or set up automatic payments right over the phone.

Pay Now—Quick and Easy

Need to make a quick payment without registering for an account? We've got you covered. Head to wcvt.smarthub.coop/PayNow.html for one-time payments—no account setup required. Perfect for those times when you just want to pay and move on with your day.
